The Process
Appointment Request
To schedule your appointment, click the "Request Appointment" button. Once submitted, you'll receive a notification confirming your appointment status. We'll then send a link to register for our patient portal via your preferred contact method.
Onboarding
Prior to your appointment, you'll receive instructions to complete the onboarding process, which includes reviewing and signing consent forms and submitting required documentation. This must be completed at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid rescheduling.
Your First Session
At your initial appointment, the provider will conduct a thorough assessment to evaluate any potential mental health diagnoses.This process usually takes two sessions to complete. Afterward, the provider will suggest personalized treatment options. If you choose to explore medication management, you'll begin this journey together with the provider.
